Jon is a seasoned digital executive with 20+ years of experience in developing leaders, building strengths-based teams, and growing digital products and businesses. He’s helped companies grow from seven to eight to nine figures in revenue. Jon has established, scaled, and led leaders and teams in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, Market Research, User Experience, User Testing, Engineering, Architecture, Platform, Quality Assurance, and Customer Success. During a time when most tenures in the industry were 18-24 months, his teams had 4% attrition. He’s worked with companies in both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business markets across media, publishing, healthcare, e-commerce, online learning, SaaS, app development, lead and agent management, digital agencies, affiliate management, events, wine & spirits, and personality brands.
